Abstract


Training effectiveness evaluation is an important part of the airport enterprise training system , most of the domestic airport companies do not stereotyped establish a training effect evaluation system, evaluation methods , a single evaluation index , lack of accurate and timely measure training effectiveness , reduce the training effectiveness of the training system perfect . This article learn Kirkpatrick training effect theory and gray analytic hierarchy process to build the airport employee training effectiveness evaluation model . Evaluate the effectiveness of training for airport employees provide a combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods . This article , based on the theory of Kirkpatrick combined airport enterprise industry particularity selected training impact assessment indicators . Select AHP to determine the weight of each index , and ultimately determine the levels of decision-making \Assessment of the the XZ airport engineering department training effect , for example , the application has been established based on gray analytic hierarchy process training effectiveness evaluation model training better conclusion . This study proved the applicability and practical significance to establish training effectiveness evaluation system based on the staff of the gray analytic hierarchy process . Through this study , the hope can provide some reference value of airport employees training effectiveness assessment .
