Abstract


The rapid development of beijing-tianjin-hebei, changping push to attract the world's fourth times in the forefront of industry transfer. Changping obvious location advantages, in the Beijing world city functions in the division of labor is an irreplaceable core strengths. However, changping sasac enterprises scattered layout, industrial level is low, the efficiency is not high, the changping affected the rapid development of regional economy. At present, changping building the strategic objective of international new city by science and technology, it is for the development of enterprises has brought a rare historical opportunity. In this paper, on the basis of full investigation and research, combined with international science new city changping construction strategic target, key research and analysis the future regulation of changping industry allocation and regulation of resource allocation, enterprise target asset scale and the industry level of development, transformation of enterprises development schedule and timing, transformation of enterprises in the development of policies and measures and the system guarantee problems, find the changping district sasac supervision enterprise's present situation and on the basis of the five major problems facing the present problems existing in industrial structure and deep insight into all sorts of restriction factors, put forward the next step in the direction of adjustment of industrial structure and strategic. Adopts the positioning analysis framework to determine the enterprise goal and the strategic positioning of industrial development. Finally put forward, the enterprise industrial structure adjustment policies and measures.
