Abstract


\The results of research scholars at home and abroad proved significant positive correlation between working capital management efficiency and profitability . Only constantly working capital is under good management and operation in order to ensure the smooth convergence of the research, production , off part of the enterprise to be able to survive and develop . Performance management , most of the domestic large enterprises have established key performance indicators ( KPI ) as the core performance management system , and constantly enhance their core competitiveness and sustainable development of the power has played a certain role . But most businesses in the efficiency of working capital management is also largely isolated indicators , separates the internal relations of the various functional units in the operational chain , may cause serious internal friction of the internal unable to reach a goal to enhance the overall operational efficiency . Select Group A as the research object , from the point of view to improve the efficiency of working capital management , in-depth understanding of its organizational structure, business processes , based on their lack of performance management system, especially KPI targets set there profiling . A Group 's working capital management on the basis of insufficient measures to enhance , develop KPI targets based on working capital management and its evaluation system . -Proven , a new performance management system in the A Group to enhance overall operational efficiency , improve profitability and cash flow has played a good role . A Group is one of the earliest attempts to international operations in the Chinese home appliance industry , with considerable representation . Improve the organizational performance appraisal system for China 's household electrical appliance enterprises to enhance the systematic working capital management capabilities also have a certain significance in this study .
