Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's economic rapid development , at the same time , the momentum of rapid development of China 's SMEs , thus not only the health of the national economy , sustained and stable development to promote , but also to create employment opportunities , promote technological innovation to accelerate market process has played an increasingly important role . However , many domestic and foreign literature in theoretical research on the issue of SME credit problems , almost in unison that the SMEs in general due to the small scale of capital , management is not standardized , low level of technology reasons lead to the low level of its credit . In fact, the breach of security and credit guarantee company in Bulgaria SMEs phenomenon rarely happens , which is different with the commonly held view . Because of improper SMEs credit evaluation , resulting in SME financing difficulties , serious impact on the development of small and medium enterprises . Discussion of SME credit assessment examine our credit and credit evaluation of the status quo based on the following three levels : first analysis of SME credit assessment theory . Second , analysis of the factors affecting SME credit , based on the current credit environment , from the two aspects of the credit quality and credit capacity to analyze and select the evaluation . Finally, the use of the SPSS statistical tools , the use of factor analysis to integrated score for SMEs , SME credit ranking on ; integrated sub calculated weighted scoring method .
