Abstract


Recent years, with the rapid development of the social economy in rural areas, the accelerated process of urbanization, vacant housing in rural areas, more than one house, with extensive other issues outstanding, combined with the increase in urban industrial land demand, rural residential land consolidation work as optimizing the rural settlements layout and effective way of farmland ancient complement balance urban and rural development.
