Abstract


Lightning hazard is an explosive natural disasters , the harm becomes more obvious and widespread with the development of social information and electronic . The lightning hazard long - term threat to personal safety and property security constantly and harm public services and cultural heritage . Lightning risk assessment is to identify risk , control risk and basis for dealing with the risk of lightning strike . With lightning risk assessment results , we can consider how to effectively control and deal with the risk of lightning select should take a variety of countermeasures to prevent and control losses . Lightning risk assessment is a comprehensive , complex engineering , it is based on a large number of complex data ; using computer precision , calculate the speed advantages of the preparation of lightning risk assessment software , can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the lightning risk assessment . Based on the parameters of lightning risk assessment , risk management model , the risk management system software using the C # language in Visual Studio2010 environment development , functional modular approach to lightning risk assessment . This can greatly improve work efficiency , reduce labor intensity , improve the utilization of information and data , and to provide a basis for disaster prevention and mitigation decisions . Lightning risk assessment of business based on the latest standards of the People's Republic of China State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Standardization Administration of the People 's Republic of China in April 2008 , the Commission released GB/T21714.2-2008/62305-2 : 2006, lightning protection - Part 2 : Risk management is carried out .
