Abstract

Piezoelectric sensors are already widely used in modern medical, industrial control, acoustic measurement and structural health monitoring and other fields. PVDF piezoelectric film as a new piezoelectric material, with soft light, frequency response, high sensitivity, mechanical properties and high strength can be used to make sensors and actuators. Today, the medical and health fields more and more people concern and attention, the development of applied health inspection and maintenance of medical equipment, in line with the times. This paper analyzes the operating mode of the piezoelectric material used and the equivalent circuit, according to the d31 piezoelectric equation selected operating mode of the PVDF piezoelectric film as the core components, ergonomically designed sensor probe to measure human pulse signals. On this basis, set up the back-end processing circuit, to handle the probe pulse signal, the signal after filtering, amplification processing, wave pattern clarity, can be used for diagnosis, the doctor basis. The PVDF piezoelectric sensors produce a curved shape, so that the sensitivity increases, the piezoelectric effect is more significant. In this regard the theoretical analysis, sensitivity and curvature relationships and using ANSYS simulation software, PVDF piezoelectric film on the surface piezoelectric effect simulation conducted to further validate the curvature effect on sensitivity. By measuring the surface eddy current displacement PVDF piezoelectric sensors at different frequencies of the output voltage to obtain a reliable measurement frequency range. Use shaker excitation signal generated on the surface of different frequencies PVDF piezoelectric sensors for dynamic test and analysis, while ensuring the exciter input voltage unchanged, four kinds of curvature PVDF piezoelectric transducer frequency - voltage curve different. It was found that, as the excitation frequency is increasing, the size of the different curvature values ??of the output voltage on the gap between the performance of the more obvious. The greater curvature sensor in external excitation frequency is larger, more obvious advantages of the sensor's sensitivity. Accordingly this paper, silicone rubber as the base, PVDF piezoelectric film sensor element made of four different surface curvature PVDF piezoelectric sensors, the PVDF piezoelectric sensors as the core of electromechanical transducer to detect human pulse. PVDF pulse sensor designed silicone rubber substrate, PVDF piezoelectric film and conditioning circuit. PVDF sensors for different curvature measuring human pulse experiments were carried out to obtain the amplitude of the pulse signal is different, indicating that the curvature of the sensor increases the sensitivity of the sensor to improve indeed help, but should also consider the size of the sensor curvature actual need to do to moderate, moderate. How to effectively avoid pressing force when measuring the size of the impact on the experimental results, the next - step research problems to be solved.
