Piezoelectric sensors are already widely used in modern medical, industrial control, acoustic measurement and structural health monitoring and other fields. PVDF piezoelectric film as a new piezoelectric material, with soft light, frequency response, high sensitivity, mechanical properties and high strength can be used to make sensors and actuators. Today, the medical and health fields more and more people concern and attention, the development of applied health inspection and maintenance of medical equipment, in line with the times. This paper analyzes the operating mode of the piezoelectric material used and the equivalent circuit, according to the d31 piezoelectric equation selected operating mode of the PVDF piezoelectric film as the core components, ergonomically designed sensor probe to measure human pulse signals. On this basis, set up the back-end processing circuit, to handle the probe pulse signal, the signal after filtering, amplification processing, wave pattern clarity, can be used for diagnosis, the doctor basis. The PVDF piezoelectric sensors produce a curved shape, so that the sensitivity increases, the piezoelectric effect is more significant. In this regard the theoretical analysis, sensitivity and curvature relationships and using ANSYS simulation software, PVDF piezoelectric film on the surface piezoelectric effect simulation conducted to further validate the curvature effect on sensitivity.
