Lanzhou City , Gansu Province , geographically located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau , Mongolia Plateau , the confluence of three natural zones in the eastern region , has the typical characteristics of more complex topography and climate , at the same time as the typical arid area of ??Northwest Valley Basin City , but also China comprehensive industrial city one of the first building in the northwest region .
