Abstract


With the continuous advance of industrialization, economic development, social progress and ecological balance and environmental protection have become increasingly prominent contradiction between, population, energy, climate, disasters and other issues related to the environment and resources has become a worldwide problem. This series of questions not only reduces the level of human life, destruction of the living environment, will greatly weaken its viability and growth. Human development and transform the nature and use of the natural capacity and more powerful, the use of traditional economic development model to pursue rapid economic development, the uncontrolled use of natural environmental resources, and ultimately was nature's revenge, which began on their own behavior reflect and draw lessons. Therefore, regional economic, social, ecological and natural environment of the coordinated development of our country in recent years become a hot research geologists. Based on the coordinated development of regional and sustainable development theory, an economic - social - natural environment coordinated development of multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method. Build process evaluation method is as follows: First, build the economy - society - the natural environment multi-objective system; then calculated using the entropy method coordinating factor analysis to evaluate the economic coordination coefficient - society - the overall coordination of the three natural environment as well as the development of coordination twenty-two development trend; gray system method and then calculated for each system input and output indicators and the correlation between their index, explore the relationship between the development of the interannual variability. Finally, the central province of Shanxi Province, according to statistics from 2000 to 2008, the use of economic - social - natural environment coordinated development of multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method for the coordinated development of the region in Shanxi Province were analyzed against the results of the analysis put forward some countermeasures and suggestions . The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Shanxi economy, society and the natural environment is poor coordination of development: rapid economic development, continue to promote social and natural resources, the environment and more serious conflicts that can not improve the economy of the region level, based on the curing society, especially on the natural environment is not very good protection, restoration, and ultimately makes the three are not well coordinated development, resulting in loss of his terrible this situation. (2) Shanxi \In high GDP promotion, the actual utilization of foreign investment and import and export volume index also showed significant growth. Social progress in steady development, infrastructure construction, the residents quality of life and level of investment in education and science and technology base is synchronized and balanced development. The ability to support fragile environment, which is coordinated regional development need to focus on one of the key issues (3) economic system output indicators and inter-annual variation of the level of economic inter-annual variation index into relevant ended, and the results should be focus from energy consumption to proceed regulation. Social system input indicators inter-annual variation and social progress index interannual variation of a positive correlation, the most important contribution to the economic system input indicators of social capital. Natural environment system input indicators interannual variability of the natural environment to support inter-annual variation index was negatively correlated, increasing the amount of waste emissions associated with increasing levels of the economy, along with the natural environment to support exponential decline.
