Abstract

Currently, the membrane bioreactor (MBRs) as a novel and efficient wastewater treatment technology and concern. However, membrane fouling is to limit the widespread application of MBRs major obstacle. In recent years. Domestic and foreign scholars on membrane fouling factors research focuses on sludge characteristics, operating parameters, membrane materials and water features and other aspects. However, due to membrane fouling substances, sludge characteristics and microbial community structure of the complexity of the resulting membrane fouling reasons researchers still confused, and some conclusions contradict each other. To further explore the mechanism of membrane fouling, the test using anoxic - aerobic membrane bioreactor (A / O-MBR) wastewater treatment simulation, the effects of different SRT (10,30 and 60d) under, MBR operating performance, microbial changes in community structure and relationships between metabolites. System COD.NH4-N removal rate were 96.0% and an average of more than 98.0%, the effluent concentration of urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge an A Standard (GB18918-2002). Visible SRT on COD, NH4-N removal had no significant effect. Reactor stable, TN removal rates averaged 66.2%, 57.2% and 67.7%, effluent TN were 20mg / L or less, the results show that different systems are under SRT received a higher total nitrogen removal. Since SRT different mixture microbial community structure significantly different, with the intensification of membrane fouling, the aerobic microbial community group into anaerobic flora trend towards significant, tests showed that when the SRT is 60d most complex microbial community diversity. Identification of the effluent in the aerobic segment Aeromonas Aquimonas vorai, anaerobic myxobacteria Anaeromyxobactef and photosynthetic bacterium Aquimonas vorai bacteria, indicating that microbial communities is a complex system, there is aerobic or anaerobic anoxic microenvironment; membrane surface sludge layer generally complex microbial community structure in biological membranes wire surface layer. Final operation of the SRT and SRT of 10d 60d, the appearing Mvxobacterium decomposable various macromolecules such as proteins, lipids, so that the system EPS.SMP concentration decreased. At different SRT under aerobic mixture SMP overall trends are first increased and then decreased: EPS change with different trends SRT vary. SPSS software using statistical analysis of experimental data showed that under different SRT, SMP.EPS and filtration resistance were a significant correlation, but the SMP significantly decreased with the increase of SRT; SRT for the 30d time, EPS.SMP with filter resistance of the most significant, the most polluted membrane: the SRT 30 and 60d of the polysaccharide contamination affecting the film main material, and SRT, 10d contribute to the contamination of the membrane protein slightly larger than the polysaccharides.
