Abstract


With the \market and serve this market and developed based on the market a variety of financial activities constitute the carbon finance . At present, China is the most important international carbon market, the seller , while the domestic carbon finance market is still in its infancy, the level of development is limited, especially for the construction of the pricing mechanism is still quite scarce, therefore , China's urgent need for a carbon pricing mechanism in-depth financial research . This paper applies the theory and practice of analytical methods for research purposes to introduce relevant economic theory to theory as a guide to solve practical problems. Papers on the Coase theorem in-depth analysis , combined with the characteristics of carbon trading , carbon trading follow illustrate the content of the theorem , thereby saving this scientific problem into a problem of economics , finance and to develop areas of study . The paper also proposes the use of derivatives price discovery function with native products on the market to correct price formation , and the use of BS model empirical simulation of the EU quota for China's development of theoretical preparation of carbon derivatives markets do . In this paper, through comparative analysis , and comprehensive development of the international carbon finance pioneer experience, summed up the financial system of carbon pricing mechanism system should include comprehensive trading platform, trading system science , active market participants , at a fair price formation process and the effective supervision and management . Paper further analyzes the pricing mechanism of carbon finance situation, find out the existing problems and the formation of the main reasons for these problems . At this stage, combining the characteristics of China's economy , China's development of carbon finance for the proposed pricing mechanism proposals , including: first , the establishment of emissions trading platform to adapt to China 's national conditions ; Second, the establishment of a unified legal system norms ; Third, strengthen the sense of participation ; Fourth, actively develop derivatives ; Fifth, to further explore the science of pricing methods . The final aim is achieved by the above-mentioned aspects of the building, so that China has formed a sound framework for carbon finance pricing mechanism .
