Abstract


Auction theory is a kind of very broad application of the theory, it takes an important role in solving a lot of problems. In-depth study of auction theory, and bring auction theory to the pricing of emission rights, can effectively work out a reasonable price of emission rights, so that enterprises optimize the time to develop production goals in the trading of emission rights, let the economic capabilities actively take part in the emissions trading, and let the lack of economic strength and a great impact on the environment of enterprises gradually been eliminated, finally, fundamental control and controlling the environmental pollution.This paper first describes the basic theory on auction and the previous pricing studies with different ways conducted on emissions trading, and then discuss the information in complete and incomplete gain the different price of emission rights through the auctions, consider to whether collusion occurred during the auction company, the pricing of emission permits further analysis. Instance through emissions trading in Taihu Lake basin in China, discussed the status of emissions trading, and there are still problems.General speaking, it is feasible for China to implementation the emissions trading auction. But it also requires government departments to formulate relevant legal regime for protection, creating a good trading environment, including the legal environment, business environment, financial market environment and policy environment.Finally, both theory and practical application of the results of this study are summarized, and future research directions are suggested.
