In this thesis, the integrated use of literature, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, comparison and inductive analysis and other methods studied. First, the status of ecological and environmental protection in rural areas in Fujian Province-depth evaluation and analysis, while affirming the achievements, but also analyzed the Fujian rural ecological environment protection problems, such as: relevant incentive policies lagged behind ecological compensation mechanism is imperfect and so on.
