Abstract


Shop scheduling problem has been the production of an important research fields, and insert a single scheduling problem is studied in this research field occupies a very important position . Insert a single row of producing the main purpose is to deal with the emergency scheduling events occurred , according to the company's existing resources, rational and effective allocation of these resources. How to insert a single reasonably effectively scheduling work so that it can produce in a given period to complete processing tasks , then become various companies continue to pursue the goal . This paper describes the characteristics of discrete manufacturing enterprises , and on this basis analyzes the characteristics of single-row insert producing cause of the problem and find out the actual production of a discrete manufacturing enterprises to insert a single row of production processes cause of the problem . In this reason , based on product quality, but for issues related to the application of the Lean Six Sigma process optimization theory to analyze and propose solutions , which makes the process becomes rationalized and improved the company 's actual production efficiency, reduce the enterprise's production costs and shorten the production cycle , but also improve the company 's production site management level. Second, insert a single row of production for second reason for problems that cause irrational process , this paper presents a hybrid algorithm based on game theory genetic algorithm to analyze the production process . Paper, based on game theory bargaining model presents a hybrid dynamic encoding and this encoding used in the genetic algorithm , thus forming a bargaining model based on hybrid genetic algorithm theory , making the insert a single row production process has been effectively controlled , reducing the process time to process more reasonable and effective , in this hybrid coding method , based on the orders and production efficient allocation of resources through the dynamic coding genetic optimization algorithm, not only saves coding the time complexity and space complexity , but also the application of game theory approach for future research provides a new way of thinking.
