Abstract


Information disclosure system is the cornerstone of the national system of securities regulation, and environmental information disclosure as a new member in the information disclosure system of listed companies, to protect the interests of investors and to promote the optimal allocation of financial capital, and to promote sustainable social and economic development. Of environmental information disclosure of listed companies have to do more work, but compared with the developed Western countries there are still many inadequacies. The text is divided into five chapters, each chapter are as follows: The first chapter provides an overview of environmental information disclosure system of listed companies in the basic theory. The origin of the information disclosure system and the concept of the concept of environmental information and features first introduced on listing the origin and concept of corporate environmental information disclosure system; mainstream theory after the analysis of the environmental information disclosure system of listed companies, and choose another perspective from the point of view of corporate and securities law elaborate theoretical basis for environmental information disclosure system of listed companies. Environmental information disclosure system of listed companies in the United States, Japan, and the European Union for the second chapter simple sort, and analyze the characteristics of national systems, want to be able to explore the experience to the benefit of environmental information disclosure system of listed companies in China. The third chapter of the highlights of this article: I select the appropriate samples, the use of empirical analysis of the authenticity of the status quo of environmental information disclosure of listed companies in China, to inspect the accuracy of the status quo, the comparability of the status quo, the the integrity status quo and the timeliness of the status quo, to find out the current inadequacies in the environmental information disclosure of listed companies. The empirical analysis in order to prescribe the right medicine, the relevant recommendations are presented below and a more targeted and practicality. Chapter IV based on the reality of our situation, the suggestion to build environmental information disclosure system of listed companies. Mainly includes four aspects: First, select the appropriate mode of legislation to improve the institutional framework; environmental information disclosure of listed companies based on their respective advantages and disadvantages of mandatory disclosure mode and voluntary disclosure model specification mode; Third, the disclosure of Time and disclosed location in the form specification; clarify the disclosure of the border after the disclosure of content specification. Chapter V focuses on environmental information disclosure system of listed companies run protection. Through to determine temper justice with mercy liability system, transparent and efficient third-party review system, and scientific and rational rating system can achieve the smooth running of the environmental information disclosure system of listed companies.
