Abstract


The research subjects were Ctrip development strategy. Firstly, the paper describes the development strategy of Ctrip theoretical foundation , including strategy, strategic management and strategic management analysis meaning . Among them, the strategic management analysis methods include PEST analysis , SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model analysis . Secondly, the paper introduces the Ctrip overview of the development process and the development of the status quo. Again , the paper application PEST analysis method Ctrip in which the political and legal , economic , socio-cultural and technology carried out a detailed analysis of the macro environment ; using Porter's five forces model of the company 's industry environment and the competitiveness of the analysis ; using SWOT analysis to identify the company's own strengths and weaknesses , identify opportunities and threats outside the company . Finally, the paper elaborates Ctrip phased development goals and strategic options, and propose ways to implement development strategies and security . Among them, Ctrip development strategy options include differentiation strategy , innovation strategy and brand strategy ; Ctrip development strategies implemented safeguards include establishment of corporate alliances of external , internal and strengthen enterprise management and strengthening of human resource development .
