Abstract


Economic globalization and the rapid development of international trade to global environmental pollution problems caused increasingly serious, resulting in international trade and the ecological environment of the many theories which is divided into two views: beneficial trade and trade of hazardous theory. 30 years of reform and opening up has proved that China's market trend of institutional changes to promote the efficiency of resource allocation, the Chinese economy achieved rapid growth miracle, at the same time, rapid economic growth also led to China's ecological resources and energy substances The high consumption and irrational development, resulting in a new environmental pressures and deepened the conflict between environment and trade. Guangdong and Zhejiang province as China's two major foreign trade, environmental pressures are particularly prominent.
