Abstract


In 2008, the restructuring of the telecommunications industry once again , appeared on the market three full-service operators, China Telecom's mobile business development , difficulties in fixed-line business , although still dominate , but obviously the situation has gradually difficult to support . Competitive situation and customer characteristics prompted us to establish a customer- oriented development strategy , through customer relationship maintenance , improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and improve customer value. Therefore, we should not only focus on large comprehensive customer relationship management , small government and enterprise customers and the general public to maintain customer relations are increasingly important . In 2009, China Telecom Shenzhen Branch of the whole business operations branch strategic transformation situation how to change the marketing strategy for the business and the IT infrastructure thinking , innovation, customer value management proposed the idea , which is to enhance the core Shenzhen Branch competitiveness for the direct purpose , to establish a customer- oriented development strategy , it is necessary for small and medium business customers and the general public customers to take clustering customer relationship management, customer relationship in order to focus on the grid , the grid through a comprehensive customer research, optimize the organizational systems and business processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty for the purpose of ultimately business to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the dual . In this situation , China Telecom Shenzhen Branch proposed development of customer value management systems to enhance business operations management and service capabilities , Shenzhen Branch conducted in the process of system development , project management, project management methods successfully applied to carry out the project process, but there is still much to be improved and areas for improvement in this paper have been studied and discussed. In this thesis, project management applications and conducting CVM Status and Problems of Development Studies , based on the combination of CVM engineering class project management practices applied research . Research project management theory and practice in the normative differences , constraints and related solutions , especially in the scope of the project and control project progress to develop scientific, organizational and communication has done a lot of useful attempt and more in-depth study analyze how the project manager should manage the project combining theory and practical work , the class project management activities of standardization, and ultimately guide the successful implementation of the CVM Project .
