Abstract


Sino-Russian border trade settlement between China and Russia border regional security and stability , strengthen bilateral economic and trade ties , improve people's living standards in border areas and prosperous regional economies have made a great contribution . To explore the development of Sino-Russian border trade settlement rules , the paper will Sino-Russian border trade settlement as the research object. Firstly the research background , purpose and significance , research status , research framework , research ideas and methods are briefly described. Secondly research mainly reviewed the Sino-Russian border trade and settlement development and evolution history , focusing on analysis of the way border trade settlement status , basic characteristics , indicating that the border trade settlement of the main problems and causes, in the analysis factors affecting the development of border trade settlement on the basis of elaborated the necessity of improving border trade settlement and made specific improvement measures .
