Abstract


With the arrival of the scientific and technological progress and the knowledge economy era , bring huge development opportunities for the development of the modern enterprise so that enterprises are facing greater challenges from a strategic perspective , which requires corporate managers for the company's future development and growth plan ahead overall consider allowing enterprises to obtain sustainable development . This article to improve strategy execution , starting from the enterprise performance management system , the use of network questionnaire survey were more scientific and rational questionnaire , pooled analysis of survey results found that Mengniu Dairy Group 's performance management system in the presence of such great importance to the leadership of the instruction , the lack of effective feedback to staff participation, the lack of effective performance process management , lack of examination results , performance appraisal results using a single , a lack of lack of performance improvement , and targeted recommendations for improvement . Meanwhile, according to the SASAC 's performance evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process given the weight of the indicators , Mengniu Dairy Group 's existing level of performance evaluation by fuzzy evaluation method .
