Abstract

This paper USES some pickles wastewater as the experimental research on wastewater, respectively studied the electrolytic process, biological pretreatment of flocculation method and anaerobic activated sludge process, aerobic biological treatment method of activated sludge process, and the method of combination of pickles wastewater treatment. Experimental results show that the pickles electrolysis pretreatment wastewater, the best operation parameters appear in the electrolysis current 0.3 mA, electrolytic time 15 min, pH around 9, pickles wastewater COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates were 45.6%, 63%; Using biological flocculation pretreatment of water separately selected flocculant dosage of 2 ml/L, the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater were 36.2% and 19.6%, respectively; Two methods combined the removal rate of 47.5% and 70.6% respectively. By using anaerobic activated sludge in the anaerobic 16 h of COD and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency were 43.6%, 66.3%, and can also improve the wastewater biochemical properties; Aerobic method 8 h on the COD and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of 74.9% and 65.2% respectively. The four process combination pickles wastewater treatment of COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 89.3% and 98%.
