Abstract

With the rapid economic development, large-span bridges has made considerable progress in its base form is also constantly upgrading. But the pile foundation construction cost is higher, usually up to the total project cost of 1/4 or more, so the bridge pile foundation is necessary to ensure the security, stability, but also give full play to the technical and economic benefits pile. Therefore, ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation design is the key technical problems. However, there is silt on the lake vertical bearing capacity of soft foundation studies are few and lake silt complex geological conditions, can not be obtained directly through the bearing capacity test vertical bearing capacity, the need to use capacity on the basis of numerical experiments analysis method for limited data modeling process, the final predicted ultimate bearing capacity. This sub-Xiu Lake Bridge project as research background, to the lake silt soft and large diameter piles were predicted vertical ultimate bearing capacity and analysis results are as follows: Firstly, vertical bearing capacity of domestic and foreign research summarize the situation discussed the ultimate bearing capacity factors and analyzes the single pile load transfer mechanism and characteristics, including the impact of pile friction factors and distribution factors pile tip resistance and depth effects. Through Capacity Test Method lake silt soft base qualitative force of single pile under vertical load transfer characteristics and ways to get the load settlement curve for the subsequent forecasts provide raw data. Secondly, according to the existing sub-Xiu Lake Bridge on the relevant technical information, the use of general-purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the bridge pile - soil contact with three-dimensional model to simulate the pile bearing capacity of the testing process and to predict its ultimate strength, finite element model with the experimental results obtained measured data rules match, you can provide a reference for similar projects. Finally, respectively, using the hyperbolic prediction method, the gray system theory and the method of least squares lake silt vertical bearing capacity of soft foundation piles were predicted results of larger hyperbolic method is not recommended; least squares method in accuracy is not case of high pile bearing capacity can be used for prediction; Full information non-isometric GM (1,1) model predicts the relative error is large, the maximum reached 33.43%, it is not for the ultimate capacity. The step size automatically adjusts Non GM (1,1) model with residual modification of non-isometric step GM (1,1) model predicts the relative error is smaller, high accuracy, the relative error of 0.36% - 2.03% between, which indicates the timeliness of information. So after two models can be well predicted lake silt pile bearing capacity of soft ground.
