Epidemiological investigations , pathological anatomy , as well as the determination of oxidative stress on the body the ability of the test , the Inner Mongolia reindeer deerskin maggot maggots disease prevalence , life history, ability to oxidative stress and pathological damage and drug prevention and treatment . The results are as follows: 1 . Epidemiology : 3 - year follow-up survey of the Ewenki townships four Hunters Point reindeer attack rate of 67.80% , 20.24% , 6.66%, and the average annual attack rate is 36.55% . The infection rates were 56.63% , 13.03% , 3.01% , the average infection rate was 24.22% . The average intensity of infection 28 / maximum of 133 / . Its adult flies usually appear in early June and from July to August for the invasion of the peak , the beginning of the end of September 10 , disappeared . Impact on the body : the reindeer serum SOD content Aoluguya NO content , · OH content and the content of T-AOC were extremely significantly lower than the control group were reduced by 37.41% , 24.72% , 50.36% , 25.41% ; the content of GSH-Px was significantly lower than that of the control group , 5.50% ; serum MDA content was significantly higher than that of the control group , an increase of 40.70% ; the the infected the deerskin fly maggots reindeer , increased level of inflammatory , antioxidant levels in the body overall decline , stress strengthen . Drug prevention : ivermectin, abamectin and of iodine Nitrophenolate of reindeer deerskin maggot flooding kill rate were 98.7% , 98.7% and 95% , it is recommended that the preferred ivermectin as the drive to kill the reindeer deer skin maggot drugs .
