Abstract


China was one of the origin places of pear. Pear had been cultivated for more than 3,000 years in our country. It agglomerated the traditional Culture for thousands years. It had different manifestations in cultivation, culture, medicinal and practical in different periods. It was worth researching and thinking for us that how to protect the culture and how to develop the industrialization of pear.This study discussed the planting, cultural history and economic value of pearon the foundation of data, and analyzed the cultural manifestation and industrialization of pear. This thesis gave the proposal of advancing industrial competitiveness on the basis of cultural value of pear. The main results were summarized as follows:1、This thesis generalized the history, cultural and industrialization of pear in detail. It explained the status and the related research progress. It also depicted the history of cultivation specifically.2、It has analyzed the progress of tree shapes and described the shapes which used frequently, such as the small canopy shape, the delay-open central leader shape, the spindling shape, the Y shape and the shedding shape. This study provided theoretic base and instructively technical measures for reconstructing tree shape in denser planted orchards, cultivating reasonable population structure, improving fruit quality, maintaining continually high quality and fertility of orchards.3、It forced on the history of pear and divided the different periods of the development on“Liyuan Opera”. This thesis showed the cultural with a long history through summarizing the cultural manifestation of legend, poet,etc. of pear. It was useful to develop and protect these histories.4、This thesis elaborated the medicinal and practical of pear. It proposed that we could expand the places of origin and increase the income and utilization through enhancing the medicinal value of pear.5、This thesis elaborated the present industrial status of pear and summarized the cultivation, industry development layouts and some problems. It showed that it should geared to the needs of the world though excavating the market and creating the brand of our own.
