Prunus mongolica roots grown in the natural environment mycorrhizal colonization was observed, the purpose is to understand the characteristics of Mongolia mandelic mycorrhizal; Prunus mongolica rhizosphere soil of Chinese and foreign students mycorrhizal fungal sclerotia and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi spores collected in the field were observation and identification; Prunus mongolica seedlings in the laboratory of experimental inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi different Prunus mongolica seedlings growth indicators, detect drought stress, nutrient absorption and metabolic capacity, proven Prunus mongolica survival and growth mechanism of action mycorrhizal extreme arid environment. The results show that: (1) Prunus mongolica root samples collected without nutrition root external morphological changes and of bacteria sets, epitaxial mycelium typical structure of ectomycorrhizal rhizosphere soil did not find fungi the sclerotia, Mongolia mandelic should be non-ectomycorrhizal plants. By root-like staining was observed after treatment, Prunus mongolica a typical arbuscular mycorrhizal plants the Wuhai Prunus mongolica arbuscular mycorrhizal average infection frequency plots up to 97%, Alxa Left Banner 100 %. (2) in the rhizosphere soil of Prunus mongolica arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi isolated and identified 11 species are sessile sac spp: crisp sessile capsule mildew, GE's of sessile bag mildew, honey-colored sessile capsule mycophenolate Reye sessile capsule mildew (; to within raising capsule spp rare raising sac mildew; Glomus five kinds: clumper GLOMUS, ground GLOMUS, root Glomus, layered Glomus, Moses Glomus; a beautiful shield giant cysts mildew shield giant cysts spp (1 species there is a unknown species. Reye sessile capsule mildew and Moses Glomus dominant species. Ukraine Sea plots and Alxa Left Banner Mongolia almond rhizosphere soil of average spore density were 25.3 / 100g and 15.2 / 100g (3) under drought stress and arbuscular mycorrhizal postponed Prunus mongolica leaves for the first time the average time of occurrence of wilting wilting and completely, the average soil water content in the corresponding time significant lower than unvaccinated process. (4) drought stress inoculation arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi treatment plants wilting when the moisture content in the body than not inoculation treatment were low, and improve the efficiency of water use of Prunus mongolica. in drought stress arbuscular mycorrhizal prompted to Mongolia Almond leaves off to reduce water consumption. (5) drought stress process, the formation of Cong Mycorrhizae treatment significantly improve Prunus mongolica of P absorption, has no effect on N uptake. (6) drought stress, arbuscular mycorrhizal significantly with lower Mongolia almond leaves in MDA's content, and significantly with increased SOD activity The arbuscular mycorrhizal before drought stress, promote the accumulation of soluble sugar in the leaves of Prunus mongolica the soluble sugar further accumulation of drought stress in the process. the arbuscular mycorrhizal Mongolia mandelic proline metabolism was not affected.
