Abstract

Helianthus Tuberosus L.is a perennial herb distributed in most parts of China, is a high quality of the sugar crop and non-food energy crops. Qinghai is particularly conducive to the production high quality Helianthus Tuberosus because of having sufficient sunlight and large temperature gap between day and night. Due to limited arable land, Large-scale planting Helianthus Tuberosus in arid areas is an inevitable trend. This experiment will lay the foundation for breeding drought Helianthus Tuberosus and provide a theoretical basis to cultivation in arid regions by drought stress on growth and physiological and biochemical response, and by resistance evaluation studies for drought tolerance of main variety. The test materials of Qingyu No.2 are belong to Qinghai Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Research Center. We use Qingyu No.2 to study the effect on water control in different growth stages for yield of Helianthus Tuberosus, to study the impact of drought stress on germination rate. We also use Qingyu No.2 and Qingyu No.3 to study the drought stress of seedling on growth and development, physiological and biochemical response, glucose metabolism, and to evaluate its drought resistance, the results are as follows:1 The whole growth period of Helianthus Tuberosus moisture control results show that different seedling stage the biggest influence on final yield water shortage, followed by a tuber swollen, the shortage in other period to final yield influence was not obvious, but were less than controls.2 Moderate stress, no influence on germination rate, emergence rate in 93%, and when severe stress for 26%, seriously affecting seedling emergence sprout, and the emergence of the time was longer.3 Mild stress on the influence of Helianthus Tuberosus growth was not evident; Along with the stress level, intimidation time increases, plant height, stem diameter, the largest increase almost stop smaller leaf area, dry matter in early increases rapidly, slow increase. Severe stress highest degree for different stress.4 Mild stress and malondialdehyde, soluble protein content, no significant difference compared with low acid content of proline rising in stress late; Along with the stress level, intimidation time increases, malondialdehyde, proline content, soluble protein content first increases, then down; both In mild stress of SOD and POD, and CAT, 3 enzyme activities were rising and keep in certain level; Moderate stress and three enzymes are showing high activity. Severe stress three enzymes, after rising all represent decline for the first. Ros cleared to SOD - POD is given priority to, SOD - CAT is secondary5 Soluble sugar content increased early late intimidation sugar contents fructan, increased, in stress, and maintain maximum stable, the comparison fructan did not appear significantly improved. That stress analysis of soluble sugar with caused by fructan improve most.6 Comprehensive evaluation indexes, Qingyu No.2, Qingyu No.3 are in exceedingly good drought resistance, Qingyu No.3 drought resistance is stronger than Qingyu No.2.
