Abstract


With the tremendous development of global networks and the introduction of precision agriculture conc-eption, new requirement is needed all about us.GIS technique is one of the most active computer application techniques in the world, traditional centralized development has evolved into the present WebGIS. WebGIS is the typical GIS technique combined with network technique, which makes GIS be expanding to all aspects in society.For instance, vehicle navigation system applied in traffic field and environment monitoring system appli-ed in environment field. Application of WebGIS to agriculture was early in the world, but develop only in last centry in China. Meanwhile examples apply WebGIS to corn precision fertilization was less.Several popular WebGIS development software are analysed in this paper. Their properties and applicat-ion are discussed, illuminates the structure and technique of WebGIS. From a good understanding with corn precision fertilization system and WebGIS technology development to in-depth analysis of the technological development process and support techniques and data organization and build ways, mastered necessary techn-ique applied in developing WebGIS system in theory. And describes the architecture, the research content, and the main features in detail for corn precision fertilization itself, and gives database design of space database and property database, and the system needs and functional modules are detailed analysed and designed. Put forward one kind of four layer fertilization system architecture which based on WebGIS, the system is divided into the front client, Web server, GIS server, and background Database server reasonable, select the Java lang-uage and ArcGIS Server9.3 software with the jsf framework, ajax technology, design and implement the corn fertilization system. Corn precision manure system based on WebGIS, which applied GIS map and fertilizatio-n calculation to corn fertilization and plays a vital role in solving the problem of traditional ways.JSF framework applications and function implementation are both studied in this paper. Meanwhile the fertilizer analysis critical code is listed in the third section. In the end, take Changchun Jilin as an example while introduce the system application.
