Abstract

Based on the short Draba Liriope pot experiment conducted to study the short pot Draba Liriope of growth, physiological and biochemical status and different fertilization treatments on its impact on the relationship between the law, with a quadratic regression general rotation design fit Short Draba Liriope growth, physiological effects model, and calculate the optimal solution fitting equation, that the best N, P, K ratio of fertilizer, and fertilizer trials Liriope short Draba processing DRIS diagnostic analysis to be applied for the garden or the production of cultivated medicinal roots to provide a theoretical basis. 1, for nitrogen single factor test, Shi P, K fertilizer amount under the same circumstances, appropriate to improve the nutritional level of N fertilizer on short Draba Liriope of various growth indicators have improved significantly. In nitrogen application amount 0.9g / pots, seedling height, crown reached the maximum; in nitrogen application amount 1.8g / basin, the average number of leaves and tillers per plant reached a maximum; in the amount of nitrogen application 0.9g-1.8g / pots, short Ting Liriope biomass, water rate maximum, but not conducive to the growth of roots, low yield; conditions in nitrogen, less fibrous, almost no roots. 2, in the nitrogen univariate tests, the treatment of the short Draba Liriope physiological activity, along with an increase in the amount of nitrogen, its various physiological activity is gradually increasing. In the fertilizer is 1.8-2.7g N / basin, the chlorophyll content in, Chla up to 6.54mgg-1Fw, Chlb up to 2.36mg? G-1? Fw, Chl total of up to 8.89mg? G-1? Fw ; the fertilizing capacity of 1.8gN / basin, the net photosynthetic rate of up 6.64μmol? m-2? s-1; in the fertilizer is 4.5gN / basin, the highest nitrate reductase activity; pair of root activity analysis, in Fertilization is 3.6gN / basin, its highest levels TTC 557.1μg? g-1? h-1. But too much nitrogen fertilizer, plant physiological activity declined, nitrogen uptake and utilization capacity will be reduced. 3, in the nitrogen single factor experiment, using DRIS nutrition diagnosis method for analysis, according to the DRIS analysis can be drawn graphic method, process 2 (0.9g N / pot) and treatment 3 (1.8g N / pot) of N, P, K three kinds of nutrient state of relative equilibrium; DRIS indices under analysis can be drawn with the same conclusion DRIS graphical method. Thus integrated short Draba Liriope growth and physiological indicators, combined with analysis of DRIS Nutrient Diagnosis can be drawn, the amount of nitrogen application in 0.9-1.8g / pots is the best. 4, the use of short-scape Liriope potted quadratic regression general rotation design N, P, K fertilizer ratio of three kinds of testing, the results show that N, P, K fertilizer three kinds of different fertilizer on short Ting Shan Mai Winter's height, crown width, number of leaves per plant and the number of tillers, floor (ground) biomass, chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase activity, net photosynthetic rate and root activity in varying degrees. Its DPS software measurement data using the regression equation fitting quadratic general rotation can be obtained regression equation; by the results of data analysis showed that the growth of short-Ting Liriope effects and physiological activity of coding regression equation fitting accuracy higher, and can calculate the corresponding indicators according to the regression and the maximum amount of the corresponding optimum ratio of NPK. 5, the consolidated general rotary quadratic regression test analysis results, in addition to the net photosynthetic rate of chlorophyll and nitrogen demand is higher, the effect of the growth and physiological activity of nitrogen and potash on higher demand, particularly in the underground biomass ie on the need to root a greater proportion of potash, while the phosphorus demand is relatively low. It can be applied to the garden being drawn more appropriate for the nitrogen fertilizer (pure N content) in 0.67g-1.5g / pots, fertilizer (pure P2O5 content) in the 0.43-0.9 g / pots, fertilizer (pure K < sub> 2 O volume) in 0.1-2.27g / basin; if used as medicinal plants is a more appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer (pure N content) 0.67-0.75 g / pots, fertilizer (pure P2O5 content) 0.43-0.48 g / pot, potash (K2O pure volume) of 1.44-1.52g / pots. 6, through the use of nutritional diagnostic method for the short DRIS Draba general rotary Liriope quadratic regression test analysis shows that, in dealing with the short-scape Liriope 15-20 vivo N, P, K three kinds of nutrient content in a more balanced state, the amount of fertilizer in each 0.75g / pots, 0.45 g / pot, 1.5 g / pot, where N, K element is more important relative to P; excessively applied N, P, K fertilizer on short Draba Liriope body content of each element is not necessarily increased, which is due to a high concentration of ions or certain ions affects the absorption of ion plants.
