Abstract

Green peach aphid Myzus persicae (Sulzer) host complex, widely distributed, many kinds of large number of serious hazards, due to its special feeding, is very difficult to detect its hazards, and the development of the aphid artificial diet can be good solve this problem, and easy to study nutritional physiology of aphids screening of insecticidal substances as well as evaluating the toxic substances aphids; past the direct use of artificial diet feeding the sinica Chrysoperla sinica (Tjeder) often lead to extend the duration of the development of the green lacewing, survival, emergence rate and the lower rate of reproduction, the limits of its application. The green peach aphid artificial diet optimized to filter out the green peach aphid more suited to feed the pH; then the use of this feed formula feeding green peach aphid feeding sinica sinica growth and development, nutrition, by observing and recording matter content and activities of digestive enzymes, to evaluate the suitability of sinica, further determination of interference effects between the ability to control green peach aphid, and lacewings sinica larvae feed raising green peach aphid breeding, as use of this method in the future breeding sinica to control the peach aphid hazards provide a reference. The main findings are as follows: 1. Different pH artificial diet feeding green peach aphid, feed pH of 7.0 processing Livability, of single of estrogen production aphid amount and intrinsic rate of increase are the highest 10d of survival still as high as 94.2%, the of single of estrogen production aphid amount and the intrinsic rate of increase were: 36.62 and 0.159; feed pH of 7.0 and 7.2, two processing superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) change a lesser extent, is closer to the natural host. Indicators of overall survival and reproductive rates, and the antioxidant enzyme activity, and more suited to artificial propagation peach aphid feed pH of 7.0. 2. Artificial diet reared green peach aphid multiplication sinica, three generations of continuous feeding, not populations degradation phenomenon. Total duration of Chinese artificial diet feeding of the green peach aphid rearing larvae of the green lacewing larvae survival, emergence rate, pupal period, spawning early and adult life, compared with 2 control, there were no significant differences; fecundity of adults in addition to 3 took the 402.65 There are significant differences, there were no significant differences between the various other processing, the Myzus persicae treatment and control rapeseed breeding sinica; pupal weight significantly lighter than the control treatment; artificial diet feeding green peach aphid processing sinica larvae total sugar content of 15.73mg / g, significantly higher than the green peach aphid feeding sinica; protein content of 82.18 mg / g, significantly lower than the 2 control processing; fat content 20.14μL / g , sinica treatment with green peach aphid quite. Although the use of artificial diet feeding green peach aphid multiplication sinica, have an impact on the growth and reproduction of the sinica, but this method of propagation sinica is feasible. 3. The peach aphid treatment of artificial diet reared sinica larvae of the green peach aphid predator with the increase of the green peach aphid density increased, but to a certain limit, gradually stabilized, growth was a negative acceleration curve in line with Holling Ⅱ disc equation. Functional response equation obtained by the method of least squares, are up more than 99% of the correlation coefficient, a significant level by chi-square tests were reached. Artificial diet rearing the green peach aphid treatment sinica larvae instant attack rate a '0.5870, and the ability to control (a' / Th) 494.1, the theoretical maximum daily predation: 841.8, are treated differently in the highest 's. The sinica artificial diet feeding green peach aphid processing good control of green peach aphid. With the increase in the number of natural enemies of insect sinica looking artificial diet feeding of the green peach aphid processing effects E gradually reduce gradually increasing interference effect, looking for effects from a 0.35 down to 5 0.16 ; interference coefficient of 0.49, the highest of the three treatment; circumstances exist in five sinica, the processing of the green peach aphid artificial diet reared sinica kinds intensity of competition, the intensity of competition I had reached 0.54. Artificial diet feeding green peach aphid processing sinica interference of third instar larvae and intraspecific competition is more intense for pest control should be considered good release density.
