Abstract


Objective : To investigate the factor 9 ( B - cell lymphoma , Bcl9 ) and vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) expression and clinicopathological relationship and its clinical significance of colorectal cancer and B-cell lymphoma . Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC staining and Western-Blotting method detected 83 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 10 cases of adjacent normal tissue Bcl9 and VEGF protein expression , and to analyze its relationship with clinical and pathological features . Results : Bcl9 and VEGF expression in cancer tissue rate were 67.47% ( 56 / 83 ) and 69.88% ( 58/ 83 ) , was not expressed in the adjacent normal tissue . Bcl9 colorectal carcinoma with tumor differentiation , depth of invasion , Dukes stage , with or without lymph node metastasis ( p lt; 0.05 ) . VEGF expression in colorectal tumor differentiation , depth of invasion has nothing to do with the Dukes stage , lymph node metastasis ( p lt; 0.01 ) . The colorectal VEGF expression expression over Bcl9 elevated and elevated (p lt; 0.01). Conclusion : Bcl9 VEGF in the incidence of colon cancer development process may play an important role . Bcl9 possible by upregulating the expression of VEGF and promote tumor invasion and metastasis .
