Objective To compare the Focused Ultrasound (high intensity focused ultrasound, HIFU) treatment of primary liver cancer (Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC) alone TACE treatment clinical long-term efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization, TACE) joint . By computer and manual searches comprehensive collection of domestic TACE HIFU alone with TACE for liver cancer control research literature , according to the Cochrane Collaboration recommended Meta-analysis . With RevMan4.2 software , and application of the fixed effect model and the random effects model analysis, Meta-analysis of 13 experiments that met the inclusion criteria . The results compared with TACE alone , after TACE HIFU June , 1 year, 2 -year survival rates have improved , the difference was statistically significant ( P = 6.21,3.46 and 3.08 , lt ; 0.01 ) . Conclusion TACE United HIFU treatment of primary liver cancer long-term efficacy compared with TACE treatment alone , can effectively improve the survival rate of patients .
