Abstract


Objective:Through the observation of Electro acupuncturing with exercise therapy upper hand syndrome patients, pain and swelling index changes, preliminary discussion EA with sports therapy shoulder the clinical overall efficacy hand syndrome, and select and superiority of more effective comprehensive methods clinical applications.Methods:From the Conghua hospital of traditional Chinese medicine department of neurology and acupuncture and rehabilitation division hospital patients, collect met inclusion criteria of cases 60 cases, Sixty patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into two groups: Treatment Group with 30 cases and Control Group with rest 30 cases. Both groups every day 1,7 times, each treatment for 1 treatment of 2 days, spacing among the three treatment. Using swelling degree, visual analog scale (VAS) assessment and upper limbs Fugl-Meyer a simplified movement function rating scale, compared with two groups before and after treatment in upper limb movement function, pain and swelling, etc, the integral change, observation treatment of overall clinical curative effect.Results:1. Two groups of patients generally material comparison (age, duration, etiology, times) were not significantly difference, comparable. The treatment group powerfully in 12 cases,17 cases were improved,1 case ineffective, with the total effective 96.9%; The control group powerfully in 1, improving,24 cases were invalid 94 cases failure; the total effective. Compared to two groups of overall efficacy, cupping combining with simple exercise therapy group exercise therapy group with significant difference (P<0.01). Results show that the curative effect of combining with sports therapy reviews significantly better than simple exercise therapy group.2. Swelling aspects:two groups of treatment with a week before treatment significant difference (P<0.05). Two groups of treatment with before treatment 1 treatment, significant differences were The treatment group and control group therapy after three treatment which is highly significant differences before treatment; But no difference between with the control group.3. Pain aspects:two groups before treatment no significant difference compared VAS score (P>0.05). Compare the treatment group and treatments for 1 after three treatment with before treatment are more highly significant difference (P<0.01), and the treatment group reduce pain effect is the control group quickly.4. Upper limbs movement function:Before treatment upper FMA score between simplified groups compared the non-significance difference (P>0.05). Each treatment after treatment,3 course 1 upper FMA scores are obviously increase simplified compared with before treatment, are significant differences. After three treatment with EA treatment exercise therapy group score increase value significantly higher exercise therapy group simply (P<0.01).Conclusions:After to stroke patients take cupping hand syndrome shoulder combining with sports therapy, simple exercise therapy methods are all effective reduce its edema, pain intensity, improve its upper limb movement function. EA combining with sports therapy efficacy is obvious is better than pure exercise therapy group, EA combining exercise therapy in post-stroke shoulder the treatment of hand syndrome with good synergy, thus improve clinical comprehensive effect.
