Object iveThrough the following actors of investigation and statistics, such as the ages of RRTI patients, nativity history, family history, previously history, diet conditions, living conditions, the susceptible factors of RRTI, and so on, to learn the cause or incentives of RRTI in Guangzhou. We can summarize the effective precautionary measures, guide the RRTI children to perform the Scientific well-conditioned and proper nursing care.MethodA case-control research was performed.200 chi Idren with RRTI were in the case group,100 healthy children were in the control group. The questionnaire was completed. With the use of epidemiology methods, the information of susceptible factors were collected and recorded into data base by questionnaire. Different types of tests were used for analyzing the relations among the causes. Then summarize the main relevant factors, debate the etiology of disease and main TCM causes deeper, which will have more positive significance for its prevention.ResultIn this study, the case group contents 122 boys and 78 girls, the maximum age is 14 years, the minimum age is lyears, the male to female ratio is 1.69:1. And the control group contents 59 boys and 42 girls, the maximum age is 14 years, the minimum age is 6 months, the male to female ratio is 1.41:1. The proportion of sex and age were the same in two groups. Results:(1) In comparing the education of parents, gender, nativity history, family history, previously history, pregnancy condition, nativity condition, feeding condition, family life, living condition, the use of daily fuels and air conditioner, purpose, the burden of study in two groups,there is no statistical significance in the differences (P> 0.05). (2)No statistical significance is found in comparison among wage, age of children, pregnant age (P> 0.05). (3)To synthesize and analyze all susceptible factors with logistic regression, there is statistical significance in the difference of the comparison of previously history, disease course, forced smoke, whether only children or overindulge, diet habit, diet preference, too more antibiotics and clothes, spirit condition, allergic illness, outdoor activity, the season of fall ill (P <0.05).ConelusionThe development of RRTI is by the internal and the external causes, In Guangzhou, the main factors for most of the RRTI children had close relation with physiological and pathological characters of children, inborn and existing physique, climatic change, environment condition, spirit condition, diet condition and medicament condition.
