Objective: gastric lavage and blood purification technology for the treatment of pediatric tetramethylene sulfone four ammonia ( tetramine ) poisoning studies to further guide clinical treatment. Methods: Our hospital July 1, 2001 to July 31, 2010 nearly 10 years to treat acute tetramine poisoning (ATI) in children with clinical data. Results: 72 cases were cured 70 cases of poisoning in children , there are two cases of death , all have neurological symptoms , serum enzyme inspection Tip : There are changes in 31 cases of myocardial enzymes , abnormal liver function, 22 cases : that affect the central nervous system damage restoration main factors efficacy analysis : gastric lavage within 4 hours was significantly shorter in children in hospital and not more than 4 hours of gastric lavage gastric lavage in children ; gastric lavage blood purification on the basis of better (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : ATI Most children with a good prognosis , the child tetramine main target organ damage to the brain , heart, liver, gastric lavage within 4 hours is better therapeutic measures, and for blood purification can significantly improve the efficacy, shorten the suffering child hospitalization time .
