Abstract


Objective: to understand the characteristics of the experimental teaching of nursing analysis nursing experimental teaching quality factors. Build the nursing foundation type experiment teaching quality evaluation index system has high reliability and validity. Method: teaching supervision expert with the table: the use of literature and experimental class research initially established evaluation index entry pool, then use the Delphi method to establish the index system, using the optimal sequence diagram method to determine the level indicators weight average method to determine two expert advice index weight. Table: students use literature research, lab research, expert advice, and other methods to establish the scale entry pool early scale established by the Expert Review. Immediately conducted interviews with 10 students and expert council again to build predictive questionnaire, and subsequently forecast questionnaire to 200 students pre-test. Entry screening again using t test, factor analysis method to determine the final scale and determine its index weight. Finally, the 200 students tested, test the reliability and validity of the official scale. Results: 1 main factors for nursing experimental teaching quality: experimental teachers; experimental teaching content; experimental teaching methods; experimental teaching equipment; laboratory conditions. Building a basic type of nursing experimental teaching quality evaluation index system. Including: (1) the formation of a seven-level indicators, rating scale used by the 29 secondary indicators of teaching supervision experts. The authority of experts coefficient of 0.86; second round of expert Kendall coefficient of concordance than the first round of increases. (2) to build a five-level indicators, 23 secondary indicators Student Assessment Scale. The test-retest reliability degrees (ICC) = 0.956; internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's) = 0.881; construct validity of the factor analysis results with the desired structure; acceptability test recovery rate of 98.0%, 93.9% efficiency. Conclusion: The main problems in the nursing experimental teaching process: experimental teachers structure is not optimal, and underrepresented; the experimental teaching equipment and clinical derailed; laboratory space and the number of teaching equipment can not meet the needs of the students. Care institutions should vigorously promote nursing experimental teaching reform. Constructed basis of type of nursing experimental teaching quality evaluation can be used for teaching supervision expert rating scale, and the rating scale used by the students, is a practical, scientific, and promotion of teaching quality measurement tools.
