Abstract


The development of medical and health that is related people’s health and prosperity of the nation is an important indicator of the social progress. In the anti—Japanese war ,it’s an important condition for victory. During the anti-Japanese war, because of socio-economic and culture、nutrition and the destruction of the enemy,epidemic was prevailing in the Jinchaji base area where was one of the front battlefields. Hence, the incidence of disease and death rate were extremely high. This was extremely detrimental to people and the progress of the war. In order to change the serious situation, the government of Jinchaji base area carried out a serious of medical and health works. There were formulating the medical and health regulations and policy、setting up health agencies、training the health workers、drug supply、health education、health care、livestock vaccination、first aid and so on. In one word, it played an important role in epidemic prevention. The party and government of the Jinchaji base area made remarkable achievement. It provided precious experience for the later medical and health practice.
