Abstract


Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, due to economic , military needs , the Qing government and the government of the Republic for the purpose of extorting money starting on the Chahar four , including the entire herd in Mongolia were planned and organized immigration reclamation . Indeed, large-scale reclamation of the Chahar four herd ranch shrinking pastoral livelihoods adversely affected , resulting in what people call \Results , Chahar four herds Mongolian forced to move north. In the first part , the main narrative Qing Dynasty before the mid- Chahar four herds established administrative system and reclamation situation of immigrants during this period . The second part describes the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the central government imposed Chahar four herds reclamation reclamation measures and immigration cases . The third part describes Chahar four herds due reclaim area continues to expand and shrink ranch that was forced to move to more northern situation.
