Power plant project general contracting is a form of engineering general contracting, this article through to a power station construction engineering general contracting project quality management case study, combined with the related theory, discusses the quality of the project management core target management method, analyzes the three elements of project management - the inner link between schedule, cost, quality, and "man, machine, material, method, ring" factors such as the impact on quality. Puts forward the general contracting project construction quality control measures.
