Abstract


With the professional development of teachers in our country continue to be taken seriously , the teachers' knowledge will be faced with new problems and challenges . Teachers 'knowledge not only affect teachers' improve and increase , and will also have an important impact on the future development of the students . In the traditional teachers 'knowledge to sort out the analysis as well as to analyze the nature of teachers' knowledge on the basis of this study, based on the background of the professional development of teachers and high school English curriculum reform through case analysis , document analysis and other methods , specifically explore contextual knowledge of teachers usage , and its important role in the teaching conducive to delve into the teachers 'knowledge structure , and provide some feasible suggestions to improve the structure of teachers' knowledge and rich . Paper is divided into five parts : The first part is an introduction , it introduces the significance of the origin of this study (try reveals : emphasis on teachers ' knowledge of the nature of teacher knowledge enriches the overall understanding of the knowledge structure of teachers and to improve teachers' knowledge structure ideas ) ; second part of teachers' knowledge structures Research review and summary of the previous studies based on three related issues ; the third part of the article, research methods specific elaboration pointed out that the selection of cases for article use cases , specific operational processes ; fourth part is where you can get the results from the results of the cases , interviews, and document analysis to explore ; fifth part is a summary . This study suggests that teachers 'knowledge consists of two parts , namely the teachers disciplines educational knowledge and personal knowledge of the teachers , and teachers of situational knowledge is an important part of the teachers ' personal knowledge and the introduction of a case , the emphasis on teacher education , emphasis on teacher contextual knowledge . Found through research , contextual knowledge of teachers in certain conditions , can be perceived and exchange , not completely silent , more and more attention to the students the skills of the whole English curriculum reform and development , contextual knowledge in the classroom play an increasingly important role in the teaching , and made ??a great contribution to improve teachers' knowledge structure .
