As a kind of modern developed electrode system, the chemically modified electrodes starts to artificially control the surface of electode. It has been one of the most flourish research realms in the electrochemistry and electroanalytic chemistry. Choice of electrode materials greatly expand with the development of material science, and nano-modified electrode has become one of the focuses of chemically modified electrode. The study of simultaneous voltammetric determination electrical activity isomers and homologues has showed potential application prospects and academic significance gradually in many fields such as life sciences, environmental science and medicine. So the function of nano-interfaces and the simultaneous electrochemical measurement of multi-component need to be further explored. In this thesis, we developed our work focusing on this task as follows:1. The Electrochemical Behaviors of Dopamine and Epinephrine at a electrode modified with sing-wall carbon nanotubesNichrome is a favorite material. It cannot be served as the working electrode due to its high-mechanical strength and higher resistivity. A functional single-wall carbon nanotube modified electrode was constructed on the surface of polyanline film, which was polymerizated on the surface of precursor film, which was formed by direct inlaying ultra–thin carbon paste onto nichrome substrate. The electrochemical properties of nichrome substrate could be so greatly changed that it can be used as working electrode. Two well-defined cathodic peaks of DA and EP were apppeared at the electrode. The prepared electrode can be applied to simultaneous voltammetric determination of DA and EP in presence of high concentration of ascorbic acid.2.Simultaneous determination of three purine derivatives at the AZURE I electrode modified with single-wall carbon nanotubesCombining of conductive molecular recognition of polymers and nanometer interfacial characteristics of carbon nanotube, A novel single-wall nanotubes compound AZURE I functional electrode(SWNTs/AZURE I/IUCP/NGE) is prepared at an inlaying ultra-thin carbon paste electrode, the precursor film was formed by diret inlaying carbon paste onto cheap nichrome substrate, which constructed functionalization of nano electrode interface, changed electrochemical properties of the substrate material, and was used for simultaneous determination of xanthine(XA) and hypoxanthine(HXA). Cyclic voltammetry and multiple semi-differential voltammograms were used to study there electrochemistry responses. Experiment indicated that the XA and HXA can be separated completely, and the electrode exhibited an excellent electrocatalysis and enhancement of the sensibility.3.Simultaneous determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers at the single-wall carbon nanotubes compound conducting polymer film modified electrodeBased on the molecular recognitation of conductive polymer and the peculiar properties of carbon nanotubes, a functional single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) compound P-methylpyridine modified electrode (SWNTs/PMPD/GCE) was constrused, and it achieved simultaneous electrochemical determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers. We study the electrochemical response of dihydroxybenzene isomers at the modified electrode using cyclic voltammetry and derivative technology. It is proved that they can be seperated completely at the SWNTs/PMPD/GCE, and the electrode exhibited goog electrocatalysis and increasing sensitivity.4.Simultaneous determination of guanine and adeine at an inlaying ultra-thin carbon paste electrode modified with single-wall carbon nanotubesA functional single-wall carbon nanotube modified electrode was constructed on the surface of precursor film, which was formed by direct inlaying ultra–thin carbon paste onto nichrome substrate. The electrode exhibited not only excellent electrocatalysis and good stability, but aslo enhancement of the sensibility and selectivity. It achieved simultaneous determination of guanine and adeine successfully.
