Abstract


The project cost is more and more important role in the field of civil engineering , BOQ system standardization as an important factor in the Engineering Cost has aroused extensive attention of domestic and foreign research experts . Due to the rapid development of highway construction , the large number of heavy engineering cost data indicators need to optimize processing challenges traditional project cost management methods and means . Ministry of Transportation highway engineering standards and construction tender documents ( 2009 ) \In order to achieve standardization of project cost management , we should carry out highway BOQ system standardized , gradually formed a theoretical system suitable for the conditions of specific geographical features , and provide strong support to the call of the massive highway cost index . This article intends to reflect the nationwide average for ministerial BOQ system , a more general classification does not reflect the cost management and control under the conditions of the specific geographical features , management of the project cost to the conditions of a market economy and accession to the WTO needs analysis based on summarized through the use of the combined method of causal analysis diagram WBS work breakdown structure as well as practical experience in engineering , ministerial BOQ system to adjust and refine and build projects suitable for general highway project cost management The amount of inventory standardization system , and provide theoretical support for future highway project cost management standardization . The final application of quantitative and qualitative analysis method , a scientific evaluation of the Guangdong Provincial Highway BOQ standardization system implementation effect . Of this research on the one hand can provide a reference ; stages of the preparation of investment decisions , preliminary design , construction design and completion of final accounts for the highway project cost file the other hand , this pioneering study , future highway project cost documentation theoretical support , and provide a reference to the use and improvement of the highway project cost standardization system with Chinese characteristics .
