Abstract


As in the domestic first proposed creating Confucian culture management mode of enterprise, square too group, the innovation of cause the extensive concern of experts and scholars. But many people question: Confucian culture management mode really feasible? Based on the contrastive analysis of the Confucian management thinking and the western management theory, absorbing the Confucian management thinking good connotation, determined to create the thinking of Confucian culture management model, coupled with square too group management practice, tentatively build issue well too characteristics of Confucian culture management mode framework. In recent years, social raised a hot wave of the Confucian culture, but in the Confucian culture management model building, previous research is less, the lack of literature, this paper, it has flaws, remains to be further discussed.
