Abstract


Benjamin’s "experience"is a traditional culture psychological structure accumulation, is a traditional social product. The external world which people feel and experience of is a harmonious world, a whole world. Relationship of people with the community is a interactional relationship. Benjamin provides a new angle of view to our present culture theory and literary criticism with his judgment that traditional society is a harmonious world. Here, we will introduce it into the analysis on the king Oedipus. Oedipus’s tragic fate is related with Apollo oracle. Oedipus would kill his father and married his mother in Apollo oracle. To avoid the tragic fate, Oedipus took all possible action with his wisdom and intellect. However, he still didn’t avoid the tragic fate. Here, the fate of human is a destiny. But in Camus,Sisyphos becomes "I want so" from "the gods make me so", which changed Sisyphos’destiny, he becomes master of his fate. However, once people become a master of his fate, will people abide with god? Will people worship god and fear god? Would Apollo oracle be fulfilled? Oedipus guessed Sphinx’s mystery and he became Thebes’king. It is people’s victory’symbol. There was a complete human world in Thebes. Gods awaied from the people. However, the experience on people and gods’s relationship weren’t broken, and Apollo oracle still was not failed. "The plague" awakened the people’s memory on the gods, the people began to pray for the gods. The experience on people and gods’s relationship will rebuild. However, how will rebuild the experience on people and gods’s relationship? "In the historical situation to find the same, the first to go back its source, to find itself. Therefore, the flow of history is cut off by memory, divorce of historical experience is suspend by memory, make the human law that a person is a person back into history, itself is restructed in the historical limitation."Heidegger’s memory is returned primal thinking of the existence with phenomenological way. The experience is re-established with thought (poetry) way via "memory". People recall gods via memory. In king Oedipus, Oedipus enlightened by himself that he recalled his crime that he killed his father and married his mother. Finally, he guessed Sphinx’s mystery, and he really knew himself.
