Abstract


Professional judges are modern judicial system reform an important part of the merits of their progress is directly related to the implementation of Rule of Law, but also to our country is bound to affect the original intention of building a harmonious society.With the trend of world economic integration and accelerated development, the deepening of exchanges between countries in the world, professional judges increasingly become a worldwide issue.Judge Professional is a systematic project, focused on solving the trial judge the status of the main activities, functions, qualifications and their job security and other issues. Justice Professional of the proposed is for the Court in adjudicating cases in China in the process of the outstanding problems, such as increasing administrative judge of professional, local, popular and other issues, the proposed break means. The issue of professional judges, on the one hand to play the political advantage of the unique and constantly strengthen the party committee and government’s leadership role in the formation of professional judges to build a strong political boost power.Need to uphold the supremacy of the party’s cause, the people’s interests first, the supremacy of law with the principles of the Constitution to judge the whole process of professionalization. The need to uphold the party’s leadership combined with adhering to the rule of law, highlighting the career judge the role of building the party’s leadership, strictly professional grasp of the judge the right direction and build a career with Chinese characteristics, the judges of the road.On the other hand, improve the court’s internal mechanism from the start.
