Abstract


This paper based on the information age, with the development of society, personal information has become a growing concern Important aspects. On this basis, the concept of personal information first and gave a brief overview of the legal characteristics, analysis of the current personal information being obtained against the growing phenomenon of the network environment, the protection of personal information faces enormous challenges. I, as the obligations of Internet service providers to the perspective of the different aspects of introduction from the network service provider’s obligations should be fulfilled:First, the Internet service provider network users should bear certain security obligations, I learn from foreign countries through the enactment of legislation, Analysis of current network security breach occurs in the form of its obligation to assume responsibility, Internet service providers come to be observed by security obligations; Second, it analyzes the network service provider for the proper use of personal information obligations, the use of personal information act from the start, strip out layers of the legitimate Internet service providers should make use of obligations as well as the exemption in exceptional circumstances the case; Finally, network service providers for improper use of personal information to prevent obligations assumed that this part is mainly from the "Tort Law" Article 36, analyzes behind this provision, should be Internet service providers the obligation assumed by the potential.
