Abstract


Ulanhu comrades long-tested communist fighter in the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and construction period, an outstanding leader of the party and the country, outstanding proletarian revolutionary, the excellent work of the national leader. Sixty years of social practice, Ulanhu comrades to personally seek the road of the development of national education, the restoration and development of the national education adopted a series of effective measures, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, initially formed from primary to higher education in the national education system. Nation of education as an important part of our entire educational career, its development or not will have a direct impact on the country's stability and prosperity, development and progress of the nation. Second part from the Introduction of of Ulanhu national educational activities, of Ulanhu national education thinking background of the times, of Ulanhu national education thoughts theory based on three discusses the of Ulanhu national education ideas generated; Part III from discusses the main content of the of Ulanhu national educational thought and practice of the emphasis on the use of the minority language and development, focusing on the training of ethnic minority cadres, great importance to the development of the national basic education, vigorously develop the national higher education; Part IV discusses the Ulan husband national educational thought and practice of the historical role and the reality of revelation. First view from of Ulanhu national educational thought and practice historical role, theoretically, these important ideas is important ideological basis for guiding the development of national education in ethnic minority areas; practice, and promote the development of the Inner Mongolia Education trot; ethnic relations consolidate the good situation of ethnic equality and national unity.
