Abstract


Since 2003, the scientific outlook on development has been a hot topic in the field of academia and politics in China. This paper from the formation and development of Marx's practice viewpoint to perfect and scientific connotation and characteristics, discusses the relationship between scientific development concept and marxist practice philosophy, and implementing the scientific concept of development on the spirit of practical path. Points out that Marx's practical philosophy is the cornerstone of the scientific outlook on development, the concept of scientific development is the use and development of Marx's practical philosophy, believes that the concept of scientific development of Marx's philosophy of practice from four aspects of "two polarities" pioneering use: to "practice main body of the natural and supernatural", "the scale of the practice of the scale of the people and things", purposiveness and regularity of "practice", "ideal and reality of practice" four aspects of development. Think at the same time, the concept of scientific development is marxist practice fusion of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, is practical, it is the demand of the practice character of marxist philosophy, in the spirit of "practical" unified thought in emancipating the mind, it is the precondition of carrying out scientific development view.
