Abstract


From historical perspective, as an important cultural category,“People-Oriented”has gone through a complex and long evolution. It has a different connotation and form in different culturesand systems at different times. The contemporary Chinese“People-Oriented”formed in the process of historical development has specific substance, contents, requirements and objectives. Therefore, there will be great significance for the building of the socialism with Chinese characteristics from a philosophical perspective on researching the contemporary Chinese“People-Oriented”.With the research method of studying literature, theoretical analysis and exchange-interviewing, also involved the dialectical and the historical materialism method, the induction and the deductive method in the proof process, this article was made every effort enable the subject to obtain the fine suitable elaboration by analysing and summing up the research results of correlation academic monographs, periodical papers, reportage materials and so on.The innovations or new ideas of this article are taken on three aspects.The first is the research angle made the ancient and modern theory of human compare with the Marxism’s, the politics and the philosophy union to explain the contemporary Chinese“People-Oriented”. The second is the subject of exposition which has made the contemporary Chinese“People-Oriented”be more academic and systematized thought and practice system,at the same time,which has discussed the connotation, the significance and the goal of chinese“People-Oriented”with philosophical way.At the last is the content arrangement which has avoided the pure concept research.This article has promulgated the limitation and the flaw of East and West tradition’s“People-Oriented”by combing the formation of the contemporary Chinese and refining its connotation and substantive to indicate that“People-Oriented”only then in the socialist system system has its realistic foundation and condition. The Socialism manifests essentially to human’s equality, the fair right and the benefit realization,and the construction of the Chinese characteristic socialism’s“People-Oriented”is facing the step to launch and develop gradually ,which is decided by the national basic system and the ultimate objective.This article is been always expecting to have some significance for the construction of our country’s“People- Oriented”through the philosophy analysis and the union of reality to annotate the connotation, the essence, the significance, the goal and the realization way of contemporary Chinese“People- Oriented”.
