Abstract


As we all know, the founder of the theory of Marxism imperialism was Lenin, but the research of Marxism imperialism didn’t begin from Lenin. Many thoughtful researchers emerged historical process, that from the beginning of the study of imperialism to the formation of the Marxist theory of imperialism, such as Hobson, Hilferding, Luxemburg, they have put forward some of the essential features of imperialism. Of course, as a explorer of the Marxist theory of imperialism, Bukharin also made a significant contribution to the establishment of scientific theory.Bukharin’s Imperialism is an important part of the Marxist theory and the Marxist political economy. Although many scholars have studied this theory, this paper Strive to breakthrough in the historical limitations and the important significance on the basis of predecessors’ achievements. Firstly, this paper focuses on the formation of imperialist theory, content, historical limitations and the important significance. Bukharin research imperialism theory is in the First World War, the economic and political situation of this period is very complex. Moreover many theorists has began to study imperialism before Bukharin, and has had important influence on Bukharin’s imperialism. So we must make it clear that historical environment and theoretical environment of Bukharin’s imperialism. Secondly, this paper analyzes the content of theory thoroughly. Bukharin researched the imperialism in the world economy, so the research starts from the world economy to internationalization and nationalization of capital, then discusses that how Bukharin understand the imperialism. In the historical limitations, this paper further explains the limitations of theory of Bukharin’s imperialism and the scientificalness of theory of Lenin’s imperialism, through discusses the difference of Bukharin’s imperialism theory and Lenin imperialism theory in research methodology, imperialist definition, the question of imperialism and the national, and proletarian revolution.Finally, this paper discusses the times meaning of the theory of Bukharin’s imperialism. On the one hand, the research methods of Bukharin’s imperialism theory has important influence on the current research, and it reminds us that the imperialist practices of the developed capitalist countries still exist in the era of economic globalization. Although contemporary imperialist monopolies forms and internal structure have great changes, but it still has the monopoly, but it still has a monopoly, still has damaging effects on the social production, which is exposed the drawbacks of capitalism. On the other hand, Bukharin’s imperialism theory is essentially the research of capitalism, He pointed out that the socialist countries should absorb capitalist civilization achievements and strengthen the contract with the capitalist countries in the process of socialist construction, which helps us to correctly understand the relationship of capitalism and socialism. As a socialist country, our country should fully understand the contradiction and struggle between the two systems, and the necessary of mutual cooperation, and vigilance capitalism’s "peaceful evolution". Sometimes, we also should learn from capitalist advanced experience and civilized achievement, only in this way can we better protect our national security and participate in the world.
