Abstract


Popular ski and the ski industry in the last century along with China's growing strength of the modern competitive skiing at the same time began to rapidly develop. Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, social environment and stable political situation, people's living standards improve, people refreshed spirit, country weekends, long holidays, implementation of the system, urban transportation travel conditions become more convenient. All of these changes give people participate in physical fitness to create more and more time and opportunity for the ski club in China's rise and development has provided a broad space. National economic environment for China's development is very favorable ski club, and because of skiing close to nature, both physical exercise, but also to cultivate qualities, can stimulate people's enthusiasm to participate. The number increases every year to participate in skiing, and ski club synchronization to develop. In this paper, Northeast Ski Club Evolution and development of the research object, through literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logical analysis method for the evolution of Northeast club, status of the investigation analysis to identify one of the problems, propose appropriate measures designed for the northeast region of the ski club healthy and orderly development of reference. By studying the following conclusions: (1) Northeast ski club members than female gender Male Member. Member mostly high income (monthly income of 3,000 or so), the highest proportion of diploma and undergraduate degree, between the age of 30-50 players for the major clubs. Development of better organized ski clubs generally one week for 1-2 days, the number of participants in more than 40 people (the number of participants, including members and non-members). (2) Northeast ski club generally used in two ways membership fee system. As Northeast natural climatic factors, snow period is longer, ski clubs and related activities in the organization on a relatively long period of time, members of the skiing level is generally divided into early, middle and senior three levels. (3) Ski Club ski enthusiasts promote technological upgrading, promote the development of ski tourists deepen the role. Ski Club to promote the development of related industrial chain of different skiing and the ski slopes of continuous development. (4) in the northeastern region of Ski Club Ski Club development strategy should build institutional aspects of organizational management more standardized; ski club's operating system in terms of the establishment of specialized institutions; resource development in the Ski Club To broaden the use of resources; funding sources side extension channels, increase capital investment; step up publicity efforts to obtain government support; learn from foreign experience in the development of the club. (5) Northeast Ski Club widespread problem of chaotic organization and management, is conducive to long-term healthy and stable development of the club management mechanisms and operating rules are not perfect.
